Your body used to make this for free.
Vitamin D3 + K2, in one capsule. Your skin made D3 from sunlight — until work became an inside job. Now most adults are quietly short on it, and most don't know.
"The vitamin most adults are quietly short on — finally dosed right, and paired with the K2 it needs to do its job."
What you'll feel
This is the quiet one.
D+K isn't a "feel it in 30 minutes" product. It's a "feel it in 20 years" product. The body part of you that wakes up easy at 60 — that's where this lives.
Most people feel nothing immediate. That's fine. Bloodwork is already moving.
If you started deficient, after 1 month D+K is starting to make moves in the body.
Updated labs will reveal positive trending values. Calcium and D going where they should — bones, teeth, skin — and not where they shouldn't (arteries).
Bone density. Cardiovascular markers. Skin elasticity. The slow, real wins.
Two vitamins, one capsule
Done right. Taken together.
D3 without K2 is half the story. K2 without D3 is the other half. Most multivitamins skim one of them. We dose both, in the forms your body actually uses.
The sunshine vitamin
For most of human history, this was free. Sun on skin, D3 made. Then work became an inside job — offices, commutes, fluorescent light — and we quietly cut ourselves off.
D3 supports your immune system, your mood, your bones, your hormones, and the energy you have at 4pm. Most adults are short on it. Most don't know.
From natto fermentation
The traffic cop for calcium. Without K2, calcium piles up in arteries — exactly where you don't want it. With it, calcium goes where it's supposed to: bones, teeth, the structural body.
MK-7 is the most bioavailable form. We use it. Most cheaper multis don't.
What's in the bottle
Two ingredients. No filler.
- Take 1 capsule daily
- With a meal that has some fat — eggs, avocado, olive oil. D3 + K2 are fat-soluble; they absorb best with food.
- Morning or midday works best. D3 can be mildly energizing — avoid right before sleep.
- 60 capsules per bottle — 60-day supply
Real reviews
The quiet one people don't stop taking.
D+K is the product people forget they're taking — until they look at their labs and remember why they started.

Description
Two vitamins, one capsule — done right.
D+K 5000 is a complex of vitamin K2 and vitamin D3. It delivers vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) — the most bioavailable and bioactive form of K2 — alongside vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the identical form your body synthesizes when sunlight hits your skin.
Historical use and decades of clinical research support the role of vitamin K supplementation in bone and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D3 supports immune function, mood, hormone balance, and bone health. Together, they make the daily-foundation duo most adults are quietly short on.
Clinical Applications
- Supports bone health by promoting carboxylation of bone proteins
- Supports cardiovascular health by influencing arterial calcium deposits
- Supports healthy blood clotting
- Supports immune function
- Supports calcium absorption and utilization

Ingredients
What's in it.
Supplement Facts
Serving size: 1 vegetarian capsule · Servings per bottle: 60
- Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) — 125 mcg · 5000 IU
- Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MK-7) — 90 mcg
Other Ingredients
Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, silica.
Why these forms
MK-7 has a half-life of about three days in the body — much longer than other K2 forms (MK-4 lasts about an hour). That means one daily capsule maintains steady levels.
D3 (cholecalciferol) is the same molecule your skin makes from sunlight — far more bioavailable than D2.
Directions & Precautions
How to take it.
Take 1 capsule daily, with a meal that has some fat — eggs, avocado, olive oil, yogurt, whatever you eat. D3 and K2 are fat-soluble; they absorb best with food.
Best Time
Morning or midday works best for most people. D3 can be mildly energizing — so we don't recommend it right before sleep.
Pairs Well With
- ZETA MULTI — the daily Foundation of vitamins and minerals (covers everything D+K doesn't)
- ZETA MEGAS — omega-3s for the same fat-soluble absorption pathway
- ZETA LONGEVITY — for the long game
Precautions
If you're on blood thinners (warfarin, Coumadin), check with your physician before starting D+K — vitamin K can interact with these medications. If pregnant, nursing, or under 18, consult your healthcare provider. Don't exceed the recommended serving.

The Foundation Stack.
D+K is the two vitamins most adults are missing. MULTI is the rest of the floor. Together they're the daily baseline ZETA is built on. Take both, every day, for the next twenty years. You'll be glad.
